Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each Echo Canyon piece is inspected and packaged with care before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Route Package Protection

To give you peace of mind, we proudly offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional service safeguards your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Once an order leaves Echo Canyon Collective, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. For this reason, we highly recommend adding Route Protection to your order. It ensures that, in the rare event something happens in transit, your purchase will be quickly replaced or refunded through Route’s easy claims process.
