We want you to love your jewelry. Unworn items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Final Sale Items
Custom, resized, or marked final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Each piece sold is Native American–made and crafted in sterling silver. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell.
Route Package Protection:
Route Package Protection is offered at checkout and is optional but highly recommended. Route provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and package every piece before shipment. Any damage that occurs after delivery, including wear, bending, or stone damage, is not eligible for return or a refund.
